Roman advises national and international companies as well as start-ups in the areas of IP and IT law, as well as on general business law matters. A particular focus of his work lies in trademark and design law, as well as AI law. His clients include, among others, agencies and software companies, whom he assists in developing IP strategies and in drafting and negotiating contracts.
Before joining HK2, Roman worked for an IP boutique in Munich specializing in trademark and competition law.
