Details on alternative dispute resolution

In Accordance with Sec. 36 of The Act of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Contracts (VSGB) we indicate that HK2 Rechtsanwälte does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.

Professional indemnity insurance

Coverage: worldwide

for counseling and dealing with matters related to the law of European countries and the law of Turkey and the law of non-European territories of European countries belonging to the European Union and the European Economic Area;
for actions before European courts and before courts in non-European territories with respect to the law of European countries and before Turkish Courts with respect to the law of the Republic of Turkey;
for liability claims arising from the counseling and dealing with matters related to the law of European countries. Only in cases, where the policy holder is held liable before non-European courts, the insurance coverage is limited to the statutory minimum insurance sum.
