Matthias advises tech companies along the entire sales and distribution chain.

He focusses primarily on the distribution of cloud and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, including reselling and intermediary models. He drafts, negotiates, and reviews contracts and terms and conditions (T&Cs), translating legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance. His work combines a strong business perspective with a personal interest in technology, especially cybersecurity/defense, digital health, artificial intelligence, and automation.

Drawing on his experience in competition, media, and defamation law, Matthias also advises on advertising and communications, offering legal clarity for marketing and PR. In disputes, he represents his clients with skill and resolve.
